PRE-ORDER Raspberry & White Chocolate Cake

Freshly prepared for collection/delivery 12th June.

Layers of soft vanilla cake, smooth raspberry jam, white chocolate ganache and finished with freeze dried raspberry. Absolutely delicious! 

Size approx. 650ml/22oz. Serves 1-3 people

Allergens: includes gluten, eggs and milk.

Storage and serving suggestion:

Store covered, in a cool, dry place.  Best enjoyed within 3 days. Freeze up to 1 month.

For an extra gooey experience,  remove lid/paper and microwave in 10 seconds bursts. (However this may not be necessary if the weather is warm!)
